The inaugural Australia - China Life Sciences Symposium will be held in conjunction with the AusBiotech Asian Investment Series event in Shanghai, 28-29 March 2019. This is an exciting opportunity for early stage spin-outs and start-ups looking to raise funding or secure collaborative partnerships in China.
The event will see attendance by over 150 China-based investors and for the first time will also provide universities and medical research institutes with the opportunity to present early-stage projects/spin-outs to this audience. It also aims to connect Australian researchers with leading Chinese research institutions and technology platforms to foster cross-border collaborations.
As the symposium is supported by the Australia-China Partnership Programme, there are no presentation fees associated with this opportunity. However, the cost of registration to attend Australia - China Invest & Partnering is the responsibility of the delegates. This opportunity gives access to the full two-day programme and the AusPartnering system to engage in one-to-one meetings with other delegates, including investors.
There are a limited number of presentation slots dedicated to early stage projects and spin-outs, so please submit an expression of interest now to secure a spot. For more information, contact AusBiotech National Projects Manager Dr Claretta DSouza.
